Images are captured while tethered to a MacBook for real-time review as we move through the space.
Client or designated representative is encouraged to review framing and composition during capture.
Minor adjustments and refinements are addressed on site; extensive revisions are handled in post-production.
Access to all photographed areas is expected during scheduled shoot time. text goes here

Creative Fee + Per Image

$2,000 Day Rate - Includes pre-shoot planning, scout day, expertise & time on-site. Creates 15 - 20 images.

$100 Per Image - Retouching & Licensing Fee - Editing, blending exposures, item removal, & color correction.

Standard Image License that covers all marketing use, non-exclusive, and perpetual. (Full terms below)

Cost Sharing - 30% added of the original cost per client involved. Invoice can be split equally or however you choose. All parties must agree to the cost share prior to shoot date.

Architectural photography (exterior & interior)
Interior design photography
Progress photos / construction (Creative Fee only)
Commercial spaces (hospitality, retail, workplace, medical)
Residential projects (occupied / unoccupied)

Nation wide travel available. ($3,000 Day rate)
Shoot locations outside of 50 mile radius subject to time/mileage charge. Shown on estimate when necessary.
Parking, permits, & out of area travel billed as expenses.

Proof images sent within 1 week
Final photos sent in 7–14 business days
High-resolution & Web size .jpg files (TIFF available upon request)
Delivered via online gallery

Half of the Creative Fee is due to reserve time and date of shoot.
Remaining balance due upon delivery of final photos.
ACH Transfer & Checks

1. Grant of License

The Photographer grants the Client a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the licensed images from (Project Name) strictly for the following purposes:

Internal marketing materials (e.g., brochures, presentations, website)
Contest entries
Social media platforms
Portfolio use (Digital & Print)

2. Restrictions

The Client may NOT:

● Sell, sub-license, distribute, or transfer the Images to any third party.

● Use images in paid advertising without permission from photographer

● Alter, edit, or modify the Images beyond standard cropping or resizing without the Photographer’s written approval.

3. Duration

Perpetual license to all parties involved in the original shoot.

4. Credit & Attribution

When reasonable and applicable, the client (and third parties) shall credit "Kyle Szef (@szef_photo)" when publishing the images on social media and other public platforms.

5. Ownership

The Photographer retains full copyright and ownership of all Images. This agreement grants a license to use but does not transfer ownership of any Image.

6. Termination

This agreement will automatically terminate if the client breaches any term herein. Upon termination, the client must cease using the Images immediately.

7. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of Wisconsin & the US Copyright Law.

8. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings regarding the subject matter.
